Welcome to Viantie (“Viantie”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1) Access and Accounts

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are of legal age in your country/region of residence. You may allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices owned or managed by you.

To use the Services (including browsing or purchasing), you may need to provide accurate, complete, and current information such as your email address, billing details, payment method, and shipping address. You confirm you are authorized to provide such details.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another party.

2) Products

We aim to display products as accurately as possible; however, colors and appearances may vary by device and settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations. Descriptions, features, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

3) Orders

When you place an order, you submit a purchase offer. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only after your payment is received and processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible once accepted. If we change, reject, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using your submitted contact details.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for resale or export.

EU (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria): You have a statutory right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Instructions and a model withdrawal form are provided in our Refund/Return Policy.

United States: Cancellation and returns are as described in our Refund Policy. No statutory cooling-off period applies.

4) Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of purchase and appears in your order confirmation email. Promotional offers may carry separate terms which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly. By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment method is valid and authorized, you are permitted to use it, charges will be honored by your provider, and you will pay all fees.

We do not charge shipping costs; all shipping is free for customers.

5) Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer as follows:

EU: Risk passes to you upon delivery to you or a person indicated by you.

United States: Risk passes to you when products are handed to the shipping provider.

6) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, reviews, audio/video content, and the selection/arrangement thereof provided through the Services are owned by Viantie, our affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No material may be reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, performed, republished, downloaded, stored, or transmitted without our prior written consent. The names, logos, product/service names, designs, and slogans of Viantie and Shopify are protected trademarks.

7) Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools or features developed by third parties. These are offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and accepting the third-party terms.

8) Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to websites or content operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or transactions of any third-party site. Any complaints or claims must be directed to the relevant third party.

9) Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services. However, all sales are made directly between you and Viantie. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases or use of the Services. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from liability arising out of your transactions with Viantie.

10) Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts our Services, your data may be processed by Shopify and transferred outside your country.

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria (GDPR): You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract and legitimate interests. Data may be transferred outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards.

United States: We comply with applicable state and federal privacy laws. If you are a California resident, see our Privacy Policy section for CCPA/CPRA rights.

11) Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, reviews, or other content you submit (“Feedback”) may be used by us worldwide, royalty-free, perpetually, and sublicensably for any purpose without compensation. You represent that you hold the necessary rights and that your Feedback does not infringe third-party rights.

12) Errors and Inaccuracies

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, timing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or update orders at any time without prior notice.

13) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes; to transmit malware; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, defame, or harm others; to submit false or misleading information; to spam; to impersonate; or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

14) Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy survive termination.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

Unless expressly stated by Viantie, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use of the Services.

EU: Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer protections, including legal conformity guarantees under EU law.

United States: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viantie, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors (and those of Shopify and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services or any products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

EU: We remain liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). In the latter case, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

United States: Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of certain damages; the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viantie, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or access to/use of the Services.

18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed, without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.

19) Entire Agreement; Waiver

These Terms and any policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and Viantie regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

20) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without consent or notice.

21) Governing Law

Default: Dutch law governs these Terms. You and Viantie consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Germany, Belgium and Austria: Mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected; any choice of law does not deprive you of protections provided by the law of your habitual residence.

United States: Where US law must apply, the laws of the State of Delaware govern, and venue is appropriate in Delaware state or federal courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

22) Language Versions

These Terms may be available in multiple languages. In the event of discrepancies, the Dutch version prevails for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria; the English version prevails for the United States.

23) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
