Refund policy


You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. No reason is required. Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Step 2: Our team will provide return instructions and a return form. This form must be included in your package.

  • Step 3: Ship the item to the return address below using a tracked shipping method. If you do not use tracking, the return remains your responsibility until received.

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Change-of-mind returns or cancellations after shipment. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with international return shipping to the Netherlands.
