Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Viantie offers a 6-month limited warranty (the “Warranty”) covering manufacturing and material defects in its handbags from the date of original delivery. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly via viantie.com or an authorized reseller.

If, within six months after delivery, the product exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, you must contact Viantie at info@viantie.com with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. Subject to confirmation by Viantie, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product, or
Replace the product with the same or equivalent model, or
Provide a refund up to the original purchase price.

Exclusions & Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading, color change)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, harsh environments, improper storage or alterations (including unauthorized repairs)
Products modified or altered after original shipment
Use for rental, commercial or institutional purposes
Natural variations or aging of materials (e.g., finishes, leather or fabric texture changes)
Damage to components due to exposure to extreme conditions (temperature/humidity), chemical contact, water, salt air, sun-exposure, or outdoor use

Procedure for Warranty Claims

To submit a claim under this Warranty:

Email info@viantie.com within six months of delivery.
Include your order number, date of purchase, description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Viantie will review and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping (if applicable).
Repair, replacement or refund will be issued after Viantie confirms the defect.
The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping may be covered by Viantie where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

This Warranty is the only warranty provided by Viantie. It is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) to the extent permitted by applicable law. Viantie’s maximum liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental/consequential damages; in such cases, such limitations may not apply to you.

General Provisions

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This Warranty is not transferable – it applies only to the original purchaser.
Viantie reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the modification date.
